I am Experienced…A member of the Sorority since 1999, committed to serving the sisterhood through steadfast leadership. I am a passionate, servant leader who has learned and who demonstrates Delta leadership competencies. I am knowledgeable, skilled, and a talented leader with a proven record of accomplishment of facilitating, implementing, and achieving successful programming and delivering on organizational goals. I am a positive and enthusiastic team member who is also an intuitive and attentive listener. I am an energetic, resourceful, and collaborative Delta who is willing to serve.

Current Leadership Position
Midwest Member, National Scholarship and Standards Committee
Role Summary:
Elected to represent the Midwest Region on the Sorority’s chief governance, compliance, and standards body, helping to safeguard Delta’s Constitution and Bylaws, uphold the Code of Conduct, and ensure consistent, policy-aligned practices in membership, chapter operations, and scholarships.
Key Contributions:

Serve as a governance and standards resource for chapters and regional leadership across the Midwest, providing guidance on membership intake, risk management, chapter operations, and advisor support.

Co-lead work related to Advisors and Policies & Procedures, helping to interpret, implement, and strengthen board-approved policies and standards for chapters and members.

Design and facilitate trainings, workshops, and presentations for Regional Officers, chapter presidents, advisors, and committees to support compliant, effective, and mission-focused chapter management.

When called upon, support investigative and appellate processes related to the Code of Conduct, promoting fairness, confidentiality, and accountability in the resolution of disputes and disciplinary matters.
